Idioma mail para firmar documentos

Mis clientes reciben un mail y se le van proporcionando las instrucciones todo en ingles. Mi idioma predeterminado en mi perfil es el español, pero aun asi los clientes reciben en ingles.

Please let us know if the document previously received in Spanish language at the recipients end and now they are receiving the email in English. Or you are using the application for the first time and need to send the document in Spanish language.

It would be helpful if you could share more information on this. It will help us tomprovide you the correct information.

La interfaz del programa esta en ingles y no logro traducirla al español. Es mi primera vez usando Adobe express y todos los programas que manejo son en español me gustaria que adobe express tambien lo fuera. gracias por la ayuda.
