How can i use if else statement to print a field on contract if some checkbox is true? 

Or

Is there any other way to do this?

 

Please help me its bit urgent.

    You should be able to do this on the authoring page (make sure "preview and add signature fields" on send page is checked).  Basically you add a condition to the field to either show or hide it based on the value of some other fields.
