IF statement in workflow

I just signed up for Adobe Sign. I'm currently using a program called Airslate but running into some issues with it. Right now i'm using it for onboarding a customer. The way it works is my salesman goes to a link to start the flow by filling out a blank customer form. Once they click submit Airslate then takes the "Customer Email" from the the initial form and sends the application to that email address.  Once they finish all of the filled out forms are emailed to the appropriate people. Is it possible to do somethign like this in Adobe Sign?

Hi @Jameel5C45 ,

This process can be easily managed via Adobe Sign. With Adobe sign, you should be able to create a form to let your salesman pre-fill some information and send the form to the customer's email address. You can also create mandatory fields so that salesman would not miss any details before sending it to the customer. The customer will receive an email to review and sign the document, the document will open in the customers default web browser, they can then review the document and sign it. Once signed, the copy of the form can be sent to all parties involved in the process.

Here is one simple example that you can refer for more details - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va1o7mSrzLs

Thanks & Regards,

This just shows how to send a file to get signed. I'm trying to find a way to go to a URL and fill out a form which starts the process. Not log into adobe to send someone the form. Can we do a call or screen share or something to show you what i'm trying to do?

Out of the box you can achieve a workflow similar like this using webforms, see step 4:

https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/web-forms.html

with this the original signer is asked to add th eail before they fill the form.

For regular agreements additional tools are needed and requires an API/power automate integration. In such cases the first participant would be asked to fil a (html) form/power app and submit this. The form data is merged an an agreement is created and send to the initial participant and any additional participant they may have specified in the form.
