If the document signer is not the E-mail recipient, can he/she forward the document to the signer for signature?

and is it legal if the document signature does not match the e-mail address?

Means if an assistant receives the document and send it to the boss for the signature, is it a legal document?

Thanks for your help.

Hello Kaoriko,

If the signer is not required to esign the document and wants to forward it to the correct one, then he can select "Somebody else should sign this document" under Alternate Actions while the document is opened for signature and can delegate it for signing.

As per legality, I would recommend to contact the legal authority for same.
