if there is any view where recipients can see their pending files?

two ways to fix the issue
first way is if u have sent the documents out for sign you can send a reminder for all the pending documents.

or else

the user can go to inbox and search for adobe sign

get all the unread messages and open all of them

adobe sign has no option to help recievers to find the unsigned documents

No, just the sender has that ability. The sender can always set reminders for the recipient.
