If this is what I can expect from Adobe products/staff we'll go elsewhere

I signed up for trial for Sign as we are looking for a solution and this looks quite good.

I've logged in, but keep getting the following errors:

"Server error

We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.

If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support."

 

AND

 

"Something went wrong

The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments."

 

I contacted support as per the errors and explained my issue. They transferred me to Abhishek who couldn't have been more unhelpful and said I had to post here as I'm not an enterprise customer.

 

If this is the quality of your products and service I can expect, we won't ever be an Adobe customer and will spend our money elsewhere.
