I have a user that uploaded a signature to use to sign all agreements. This week when she signs it is no longer the default. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Hi Stacey3303980744fr,

Thank you for reaching out.

It generally happens when the sender adds some security on their end. You may refer to the information in the following document: https://adobe.ly/4dcWGdZ

Please let us know if this happens with all the documents or with a particular document. What options do you get when signing the document? Did you try making it the default signature again?

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thank you for responding so quickly. I did request they re-upload their image and sent them two test agreements to ensure that their uploaded image became the default when they sign agreements. It worked and I was able to close their ticket.

I'm going to review the information that you provided, so I'll have it in my back pocket if this happens again.
