Import of exisiting PDF with fillable fields - Not importing to Template properly

Hello,

I have an existing PDF document which has fillable fields such as text fields, date fields, signature field, calculated fields.

When I go to Adobe Sign and Add a Template and select this existing PDF the processed resulting document in Adove Sign does not convert the fields properly.

Example: Date fields did not covert properly and calculated fields with formulas did not covert properly.

QUESTION:

Is there a specific way/method to use to bring existing fillable PDFs into Adobe Sign. Without losing the details of the fillable fields?
