Impossible d'accéder au cloud et récupérer mes documents signés

Bonjour,

J'ai changé l'adresse mail associé à mon profil au mois de mai. Je ne me suis pas servi des service de signature depuis un bon mois et aujourd'hui je ne peux plus accéder à mon tableau de bord et récupérer aucun des contrats signés depuis le mois de février.

Panique à bord, aidez-moi svp!!!

    We apologize for the delay in further response to your query.

    We see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC. With the new changes to Adobe Document Cloud services, you may try login to the Document Cloud web interface or click on "Adobe Sign" within the Adobe Acrobat DC.  Adobe Document Cloud 

    The Adobe Sign "Dashboard" has now been updated and the services should be up an running fine. Also, with the latest update, "missing old agreement" issue has now been resolved.

    So you should be able to access "Dashboard" with the toggle button (as shown in picture below) and the old contracts.

    Let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue.

    Est ce que l' adresse e-mail est fausse? C'est bien cet identificateur qui est associé à ton compte?

    L'adresse email est exacte, j'ai bien reçu à l'époque les mails de confirmation, j'ai même pu aujourd'hui changer mon mot de passe que j'avais oublié entre temps. Je ne peux même plus envoyer de fichier pour signature... j'ai vérifié mes paiements, tout est ok, est ce qu'il est possible de joindre un service technique?
