Impossible to switch in French

Hi,

I'm having the personnal Adobe Sign version.

I try for several hours to switch in French , but the system thinks I'm a US citizen (or UK):

- Dates from signatures are written in English (for ex "May 5 2020" where I expect "5 mai 2020")

- Currency fields are only available in $ or £ where I'm looking for Euro
