In a contract if we put a signature and date, it cannot be sent

海外取引先との契約で、当方/取引先の両方が署名する場合のワークフロー　でサイン依頼をお願いしたのですが、当方の上司から先にサインと日付を入れたが送れず、相手先の所にもサインと日付を入れたら送れるという状況になっており、当方のサインと日付だけ入れて送れるようにしたい。国内で同様のことを行ったときはきちんとできました。

As you have mentioned, the document cannot be sent when your senior is signing the document.

Would you mind sharing the screen recording or the screenshot of how you are trying to add a signature and sending it for signature?

Do you get any error messages? If yes, share the screenshot with us.
