In a web form can first signer enter the email of the next signer in an employee-supervisor flow?

A vacation request web form can be filled out by employees in several departments. After an employee signs, the request should be signed as approved by a supervisor. Only the employee knows for certain who the supervisor is. Can this situation be accommodated in Sign?

Yes, you may add the participant in the form: The first participant is the person that initially interacts with the web form. In the case where multiple participants are allowed, the first participant supplies the email addresses for all subsequent participants.
