In Home Client Needs to Sign Form for Assistance - No Email

This happens frequently in our organization. We have a form in Acrobat that needs to be filled out and signed by a client. This client is low income, barely has enough money food and shelter. They don't have Internet, they don't have Email. Most of the time, this is an older or disabled American.

Currently, our case workers go to the home to get the clients signed up for services. The case worker fills out the form, which is a very basic form (name, address, etc.) and has the client sign. We current hand the Surface device that the case worker is using to the client and they use a pen or their finger to sign.

Does Adobe have a way to capture this process from an eSign perspective. Again, I cannot send the form or agreement to the client via email. How does Adobe Acrobat Pro with eSign Teams handle this situation?

Hi CBDaniels,

Thank you for reaching out.

You may try the following workflow: Use the Fill & Sign tool in the Acrobat desktop application to get the document signed. Once the document is signed, use the "Save as a read-only copy". The document will be saved in the Archive folder on the Acrobat Sign account.

There is no option available in Acrobat Sign by default to get the document signed without an email.

Let us know if the workaround works for you.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
