When using my mobile app I get " agreement/document has expired". How do I remove the expiration date?

Sorry for the delay in response.

It seems that the PDF form sent with an expiration date.

Do you get the same message when open this file on the desktop?

If yes, then you need to ask the sender to send the form again.
