Include records of 1:N relation in Adobe Sign doc

We need to include records from an entity that is related 1:N to the primary entity. It has to be displayed in a tabular format. Can this be achieved in an Adobe Sign document?

For e.g. - Account is related 1:N to Contact. If we want to display all the Contacts related to an Account in a list, can it be achieved by document mapping in Adobe Sign?
