Independently Downloading a Certificate of Completion

Hello Adobe Support Community,

 

I have a document signed by 2 x Directors of a company. I also have a Final Audit Report showing that the two directors have signed it. The transaction ID shown on the Final Audit Report can be verified here (https://secure.na1.adobesign.com/verify) but it shows no history.

 

I am not a signer but need to share this document with a bank. How do I download a Certificate of Completion showing that the document was indeed signed twice by each of those 2 x Directors of the company ? Is there a way I can do it or does it really have to be them (who are unavailable due to holidays) who has to do it ?
