Info auto-fill

Hello.  I am trying to complete an e-registration for my son's school.  Once I fill out the information for one son the same information populates for the next son.  When I try to edit the second son the first son's information is replaced.  Is there any way for me to complete for both sons?

This is a problem with the design of the form itself.  The person who madae the form needs to change the field-names to be unique.  Field names that are identical on one agreement will be auto-populated with the same data.
