INITALS and SIGNATURE capability

Sorry in advance for the rookie question but I'm aware on how to add SIGNATURE lines...no issue.  I did have an issue creating INITIALS that I placed on my contract.  I wanted to highlight saftey issues by requiring my signer to INITIAL important points.  I tried the CHECKBOX option but that didn't quite work out.

How to I create the INITIAL field ?  Much thanks for being patient with a paid newbie

When you are in the Preview and Add fields screen the initial fields can be found under the Signature section on the right-hand side of the screen.
