Initial Box not showing up

During a test of Echosign the multiple Initial Boxes on a list failed to collect the initials randomly chosen.  The Boxes are clearly seen on the template and the signers in the test could see and activate them, but none were received in the signed document.

Are they too close together?  Outside the margins?

Can you suggest a work around?

ADMIN---Please erase my contact details.  I didn't realize my email response would end up here.

The work-around for this issue is to put a required initial filed ahead of where the optional initials will be seen.

Luckliy I had a place where that could go.

This should not be mandatory, but at this time it is good enough.

Hello Kawika7777,

Initial fields are by default required to be filled by signers and should be shown in the signed document. My recommendation would be to open a ticket with support ticket and share the transaction details with them so that they can investigate it at their end.

You folks have too many different people handling the various issues.  Every time I get a reply it is from a different person unaware of the previous efforts.

Check your support system for the details.  Better yet use the phone, reach out to me and have one person be responsible for resolving the issues.  Skype would be better as we could share files.

Thank you very much,

David
