Initial/Signing of document
Hello,
We send out tenancy contracts via Adobe sign and we always add an ''initials'' box to each page for each person signing the agreement as they need to initial each page of the agreement and then an ''e-signature'' box anywhere that they need to sign. When the agreement is sent to tenants, they need to initial where prompted (each page) and sign where prompted (two of the pages).
Recently, we are having issues with this whereby tenants are missing their initials on several or all of the pages. We ALWAYS add in the intial box on every page, we always have done but recently we are having issues and tenants are advising that they aren't necessarily prompted to initial every page (even though we have set it up so that they do).
Can anyone shed any light on this or help at all? Is anyone having the same issues?
