Input language

Is there any way to limit the input language to English only so the signer will not be allowed to enter a text field is not written in English? Maybe as a custom formula? 

 

In my account settings, I've set the account language preference to English in both fields:

As an Adobe Sign admin, there is also a Send Setting that you can control under Send Settings. Uncheck " Allow users to set external signers’ signing language on the Send page."

This is already the status of this option, it was unchecked anyway.

Is there any other way to limit the user's input language?
