Inquiry on Behalf of Customer with Tax Number HU18745500

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am writing on behalf of the customer with tax number HU18745500 (Order Number 7051890269, Customer Number 1231694349). Our email address has changed in 2024, and as of January 1, 2024, we have not been receiving invoices.

 

We kindly request that you send us the original contract/order, as well as all our invoices for 2024.

 

Additionally, please provide us with our identifiers, as there has been a change in management at our organization, and we no longer have access to the platform and cannot use it.

If the email address was changed for the Adobe account, you can get the invoice downloaded or emailed to your email account from the Adobe account. Please refer to the information on the following help document:  https://adobe.ly/4izSxnw.
