Integration of Adobe Sign with Document Cloud

I have an issue while I am trying to manage the signing preferences, it’s shows me that the “Integration of Adobe Sign with Document Cloud is not configured for your user” as shown in the below screenshot.

Can anyone help me on this issue please? Thanks,
