Interactive Form

 I have created this simple Interactive Form via Adobe LifeCycle Designer 11.0 (I am using that not not AEM because we use SAP S/4 Cloud that is the tool provided and at some stage I may hook it up to SAP but not now)...   

So when I open it on my Samsung Phone that has the latest Adobe Reader and click on one of the Interactive dropdown fields etc it says "Error  This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows".     But I have the latest version of Adobe Reader.  So why can't I interact with the form on my mobile device - it works on a Laptop ? 

I have even tried it with Adobe Pro on a Samsung Phone and same error.  Strangely it works on an Apple phone just using Apples' native app.

Also it does open and I can interact with it via the FoxIt app on my Samsung Phone.

So works on a Latop, Apple phone and a Samsung Phone but only via FoxIt.   But not on a mobile with Adobe ??.
