International Recipients????

Has anyone tried to send agreements to recipients between countries? I work at a university in the United States and I am working with forms that need to be sent to recipients in the European Union. I have reviewed the legalities of electronic signatures in the European Union but I just want confirmation that on a technical side, the recipient would be able to open and sign the agreement the same way they would if they were in the States. I am unable to test this with any of my recipients so before starting an agreement I just want to see if anyone has successfully sent anything internationally to recipients particularly between the United States and European Union.

Thanks!

Hi Kathleenl,

If you are sending the documents for signature from Adobe Sign, the signer will receive an email with the document link.

It works in a similar way for all recipients in any region.

There will be no change in the process of adding a signature.

The recipient will be able to open and sign the document in a similar way as it works for you.

Hope that answers your query.

Let us know if you have any questions.
