Hello, 

I have bought lisence to Adobe Sign and try to use it in my organization. But all my board-members get the same message, when they try to sign:

"Your BankID service is not enable... To enable the BankID service or ask for more information, please contact Intesi Group S.p.A" ?!!! Do we have to buy a supplementary service beside Adobe Sign to get this to work?

Hello,

 

We have exactely the same problem. I asked a costumer to sign and the costumer is not able and receives the error message "Your BankID Norway service is not enable... To enable the BankID service or ask for more information, please contact Intesi Group S.p.A".

 

Our settings allow for BanID Norway as cloud provider. The costumer called also BankID Norway and they stated that all is fine.

 

It's a pitty that the question has not been answered yet....

Hello again,

 

I learnt that, after paying for the Adobe Sign service, the solution did not include any real certification/digital ID (a BankID eID provider etc.). After hours on the phone with customers service I learnt that in order for Adobe Sign to function properly, we would have to buy another expensive service, for instance through Intesi Group or another Cloud Signature Consortium. That would have cost us a minimum of € 99,00 per month. So we decided to look for a different provider/solution. We now use Visma Addo, which works perfect!
