Invalid email (hyphen)

Hi al

using Adobe Sign and it wont accept a valid email address that contains a hyphen? Any ideas how to overcome or who to report to?

Format being regected is as follows

i.surname@domain-name.co.uk

Sorted, it was character encoding from a copy/paste - Typed is fine.
