Invalid _request?

Hello, i am trying to develop an application for adobe sign but when i try get to the link to edit it, I get the following message:

I am not sure what is causing this, It might be that my account is fully set up as a developer,I went to the Developer Sign Up Web page and signed up, but I see no difference from the normal version.
