Steps followed:

I am also experiencing this problem after following the same steps in the dev guide. I agree with Matt; posting solutions publicly would save a lot of time.

I'm in the same boat. I've been banging my head against the wall for hours scouring the internet to figure out what's going on, but all I can find is countless people with the same question and no answers posted publicly -- only messages from Adobe representatives requesting they be emailed privately.

What's the point of a forum if they won't even post answers up publicly?
