Invalid Signature message

Question

I have Adobe Sign integrated into a Salesforce electronic grants management system. When I go to collect signed grant docs to send out I get an error message that the signatures are invalid. I have been using this system for years, no problems. How can I fix this? Any help greatly appreciated...
