Ipad kiosk setup for waiver signature without email verification

Is there a way to set up a webform on a retail store ipad for in person signature with out the email verification? The email verification is getting lost and we just need a drawn signature on the webform. Is this possible? I feel like this used to be.

The Acrobat Sign iOS mobile application offers the feature of adding an in-person signature. However, it does not work as a web form.
