Is Fill and Sign part 11 compliant? Is this feature being used in place of hand signatures?

Fill and Sign is a standard feature of Adobe which is likely being used by several Life Sciences companies in place of hand signatures. Did these companies prepare separate set of documents to justify why Fill and Sign is 21 CFR compliant?
