Is it mandatory to have the signer enter his name while signing?

Hi guys,

I really want to remove the mandatory option for the signer to enter his full name when signing the document. Most of the time the signer isn't seeing the button on his mobile and is getting frustrated as to why he can't sign and just click send right away.. Any help is appreciated!
