Is it possible for two people to sign the same form on the same ipad at the same time ?

Passing around the device, is it possible for two people to sign the same form.  e.g  Renter and Landlord.  Landlord opens up a form, signs first, then hands the ipad to the renter to sign and collects back the ipad.
