Once created, is it possible to alter the sequence of the document flow.
Ex. A document needing signatures of 5 people is created. If we say the signatories are
A
B
C
D
E
After A, B and C sign the document, can we change the order to
A
B
C
E
D
by making E the 4th signer and D the 5th signer
splitting this away from the 3 year old thread.
As for the answer, no you cannot change the order of recipients.
You can change the recipients, so if I have Signer A and B, i can replace them with C and D. Though I can't rplace a signer with a different signer who is already part of the agreement.
So in your case you could replace Signer D with Signer F, then Signer E with signer D and finally Signer F with signer E. (I've not actually tested this so ymmv)
