Hi,

We have the same problem.

When we send a document for signing via Acrobat Sign, the link only give the possibility to sign the document manually via touch screen or by using a mouse or adding a picture of your written signature.  It's not possible to select an eID (belgian electronic identity card) signature.

While it's possible to sign your own document with your identity card...

Could you tell me if it's possible ?

Best regards,

Thomas

Hi Alterius,

Thank you for reaching out.

When sending the document for signature, ensure that you select the correct form field for signature. If you require the Digital ID, select the Digital Signature from the Signature Fields. If the options are not available, ensure that the option is enabled in account settings.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi magaliew15892512,

If you are using eSign service there will be a link to access & Sign the document. You can access that link on the web browser on your mobile device & Sign the document accordingly.

Regards,
Aadesh

Dear Aadesh

This is not really an answer to my question.

When I open the document via the link I have the possibility to sign the document manually via touch screen or by using a mouse or adding a picture of your written signature.

The thing is that I would like to sign the document with a certified signature. E.g. with the Belgian electronic identity card or with a certified token. Is this possible and if so how can I do that?

Thank you in advance for your quick response.

Kind regards

Magalie
