Is it possible to update the expiration date of an Acrobat Sign document via the Rest API?

Question

We occasionaly get documents needing multiple signatures and in some cases want to extend the expiration date of the document if it's already been partially signed.  Is it possible to update the expiration date of an Acrobat Sign document via the Rest API after the document has expired?
