Is there a way to add a link to the message box used to send a document via EchoSign?

We would like to add a survey link to the email communication that accompanies a contract for signature.  How can this be done?

Hello Laurie_lavelle@avanthc.co,As of now, its not possible to add a hyper link in the email sent along with document link for esignature. As a workaround, you can either add a hyperlink field in the document itself or can use Signer messaging to provide Customized message along with hyperlink once the document is signed.You can go to Accounts tab->Account Setting->Signer Messaging. The feature is available from Team account onwards.Regards,-Rijul
