Is there a way to connect to a database or flat file so that putting in a unique ID automatically populates demographics?

I am evaluating this product as a possible solution for data collection as opposed to simply signing. Is there a way to designate one field as a key to a database file so that users do not have to complete all fields, but they will be automatically populated?

Other things I need to know if possible:

• Does the Box integration work successfully so that a completed form can be routed to the Box as well as multiple other users?
• Is there an iPad version of the app available? - not just a mobile web version but an actual app?
• Is is possible to write a report that not only shows activity stats, but will also give detail of the information collected (for instance, name, date, administration of vaccine, lot number, consent etc)?
• Is there a way to capture an image or photograph, or allow free-hand drawing in the form?
