Is there a way to edit assigned signature fields after it has been sent out?

I sent out the document to two individuals and myself. The first one signed it. The second one has one place to sign and I assigned him to it. However, it is now showing that his required fields include my own. Is there a way to change who is assigned to the fields after it is sent out? Thank you.
