Is there a way to enable another field based on if they entered a date older that 5 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to create a webform that caputres the address history of indivduals for upto the past 5 years. Is there anyway to make the next address entry conditional upon their previous entry e.g. if they have lived somwhere for 5+ it doesn't allow them to enter in the additional address history.
