I want to remove older versions of documents that are no longer in use. Is there a way to do that?

Hi jilln40317929,

Please let us know from which library you wish to delete the older version of documents.

Also what is the dot version of Adobe application you are using?

Please provide some more information, so we can help you.

Regards,

Have not idea what the dot version is, it is the most current version of Adobe document cloud- e-sign (used to be echosign). Finding the information you request isn't easy to locate. There only is one library that holds uploaded documents in the program titled "document library".

Hello Jill,

You can go to Manage tab and can scroll down to Library Templates and single click the document and on right, click Delete icon.
