Is there a way to send a document via EchoSign but not allow the recipient to actually sign until a certain number of days later?

Is there a way to send a document via EchoSign but not allow the recipient to actually sign until a certain number of days later? I frequently send contracts that have a seven-day waiting period - so the recipient is not allowed to sign until seven days have passed since the date I send the contract. Just wondering if there is a way to control this automatically or if I just have to tell them they can't sign until a particular date and rely on them to follow my instructions.
