Is there a way to set reminders to start after 1 week?

I would like to delay the reminder feature to start after a week, the only option is daily, weekly etc.

I would like to be able to send a daily reminder that starts after a week if the agreement is not signed.

It would also be useful to have the ability to be able to select multiple documents and set up reminders instead of having to do it individually.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, it is not possible to delay the reminder. Please refer to the following help document for more information on adding reminders: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/set-reminders.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello, I am having an issue with reminders.

In your link, it says we can use Ad Hoc reminders:

  • You can create a one-time (ad hoc) reminder that will send either "Right Now" or on a "Specific Date"
    • Ad hoc reminders can be configured for participants that have completed their action for the agreement
    • Ad hoc reminders can be configured after the agreement is closed-signed, or archived

When I go to the REMINDERS section, it only allows "RIGHT NOW" as an option.

Hi K28569471hjpo,

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems you are adding a reminder to the document, which is already signed and filed. You will only get the "Right now" option for such documents.

The option to add the specific date and right now option will appear for the document which is still under the In progress status in Acrobat Sign.

Hope that answers your question.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
