Is there a way to set the date format when using form fields API (not using text tags)?

Hi,Is there a way to set the date format when using form fields API (not using text tags)?The date format on the screenshot is at Jan, 15 2017 format, but i want to change it for YYYY-MM-DD ? Is this possible? Thank you &#128578;

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign individual account. If you are trying to change the date format under the signature, as shown in the screenshot above, it is not possible. There is no option to make the changes.
