Is there any way to change the name of signed pdf saved in Sharepoint Document Library

Hi,

I am using webforms to initiate the signing process. I have mapped a docuement library to get all the signed pdf after the process. I need the signer dynamically for further signatures so I have created a power automate to send that signed pdf for further process. Here I am not able to get the details of the first signer from the pdf. 

I know there is an option available in adobe to map the form fields with list, But there also I am not able to identify which record is realted to which pdf. Is there any way to get the first signer email from the the sign documents saved in sharepoint libdary.
