Today I received this mail form "message@adobe.com". It's in Dutch, sorry,

I got confused because it states that there were changes made by the account manager, but that's supposed to be me and I did not make any changes. Anyone familair with the change of log in to Adobe Sign?

Can I use the button to accept invitation? Thanks for responding.
