Issue with Account Access and Subscription Charges

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Adobe account. I created the account using a student email address provided by my school, which is no longer active. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password or reset it.
Additionally, I have noticed that subscription charges continue to be withdrawn from my card, which I believe are linked to this account.
I want to regain access to my account and resolve the charges related to it. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on the steps I need to take to address this issue.
