Issue With Adobe e-sign

I am having issue with adobe E-Sign.1. Document is not uploading in 'Resquest for E-Sign' 2. Document upload stuck at 72%Tested with Adobe Web and Desktop version. when contacted with Adobe support agent, the solution they gavce was to reste user accounts.but with this soulution it resetd all user signed documents.Same user having the same issue after reseting profiles after some time.and new users facing the issue randomly.Is there a better way to fix this.

Could you please confirm if this happens with multiple users at your end?

Would you mind confirming the Acrobat Service plan used by your organization/ company?

On the website, try using the new incognito window on Chrome and check if it is still stuck. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of both so we can confirm which steps the workflow is stuck on.
