Issue with Adobe Sign for pdf "The operation could not be completed"

When I try to add Adobe Sign to pdf 1. Forms are not detected (this option is turned on in settings) 2. When I try to send pop up appears "The operation could not be completed. Try back later" I am using through my CC account, pls help

    Hi Aurelia,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    I have checked your account with the email address that you used to log in to the forums.

    I can see that you have the CC for all apps subscription that includes Adobe Sign individual account service.

    However, you already had an Adobe Sign free account with that address before.

    When you purchased the service, the Adobe Sign account went to pending state.

    This is the reason you get the error message when you try to send the document for signature.

    In this case, you will need to contact the Adobe Sign support team.

    They will make the necessary changes to the account and will help you with this issue.
